Terms of Service — Design Capture

본 이용약관은 Design Capture(이하 "본 서비스")의 사용에 관한 조건을 규정합니다. 본 서비스를 이용함으로써 아래 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
These Terms of Service govern your use of Design Capture (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. 서비스 개요 / Service Overview
Design Capture는 웹 페이지를 Figma 디자인 에셋으로 변환하는 소프트웨어 도구입니다. Chrome 확장 프로그램, 데스크탑 서버 앱, Figma 플러그인으로 구성됩니다.
Design Capture is a software tool that converts web pages into Figma design assets. It consists of a Chrome extension, a desktop server app, and a Figma plugin.
2. 라이센스 / License
- 구매 후 발급되는 라이센스 키는 1개인의 Figma 계정에 한하여 사용할 수 있습니다. / The license key issued after purchase may only be used with one individual Figma account.
- 라이센스는 구매일로부터 1년간 유효합니다. / The license is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- 라이센스 키를 타인과 공유하거나 재판매하는 것은 금지됩니다. / Sharing or reselling the license key is prohibited.
- 라이센스는 상업적 목적으로 사용할 수 있습니다. / The license may be used for commercial purposes.
3. 결제 및 환불 정책 / Payment and Refund Policy
결제는 Polar를 통해 처리됩니다.
Payments are processed through Polar.
⚠️ 환불 정책 / Refund Policy
라이센스 키는 구매 즉시 이메일로 발송되는 디지털 제품입니다. 라이센스 키가 발급된 이후에는 환불이 제공되지 않습니다. 단, 기술적 오류로 인해 서비스가 정상 작동하지 않는 경우 이메일(support@designcapture.app)로 문의하시면 검토 후 조치합니다.
License keys are digital products delivered instantly by email upon purchase. Refunds are not provided after a license key has been issued. However, if the service does not function correctly due to a technical error, please contact us at support@designcapture.app for review and resolution.
4. 사용 제한 / Restrictions
- 본 소프트웨어를 역분석(리버스 엔지니어링)하거나 수정하는 것을 금지합니다. / Reverse engineering or modifying the software is prohibited.
- 본 서비스를 이용하여 불법적인 목적으로 웹 페이지 데이터를 수집하는 것을 금지합니다. / Using the service to collect web page data for illegal purposes is prohibited.
- 타인의 저작권이 있는 웹 콘텐츠를 무단으로 캡처하여 사용하는 것은 사용자의 책임입니다. / The user is solely responsible for capturing and using copyrighted web content without authorization.
5. 면책 조항 / Disclaimer
본 서비스는 "있는 그대로(AS-IS)" 제공됩니다. 개발자는 서비스의 중단, 오류, 데이터 손실에 대해 법적으로 허용되는 최대 범위 내에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
The Service is provided "AS-IS." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for service interruptions, errors, or data loss.
6. 약관 변경 / Changes to Terms
본 약관은 사전 고지 없이 변경될 수 있습니다. 변경된 약관은 웹사이트 게시 즉시 효력이 발생합니다.
These terms may be updated without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
